Meet Simon Duckworth: Education Leader & Transformation Consultant
Simon Duckworth is an experienced education leader and transformation specialist with over 20 years' experience across schools, colleges and higher education.
Beginning his career in frontline pastoral and safeguarding roles, Simon progressed into senior leadership positions spanning student services, wellbeing, child protection and organisational transformation. He has held leadership roles within secondary education, international education and higher education, including serving as a Designated Safeguarding Lead and leading complex service improvement programmes.
Today, Simon advises schools, colleges and universities on strengthening student success through safer systems, stronger support services and effective organisational transformation. His work focuses on improving wellbeing, child protection, engagement and retention through evidence-based reviews, strategic advice and practical implementation support.
Simon believes that student success is not a department—it is an organisational outcome.
